First of All......If you have no sense of humor..STOP WHERE YOU ARE! Pick another page..this is just for fun!! IF I WERE A PROMOTER:
1. All drivers must be preregistered. There is a fee of $50 if payed before January
1st of the upcoming season. If payed after Jan. 1st it is $100, no exceptions.
2. All race cars must be registered
(by serial number on each car) before Jan. 1st of the upcoming season, $50 if done by that date, $100 if done after 1st of
the year, no exceptions. Also you must register hauler. Also register car number if duplicated extra fee to be determined.(how
much money you have and/or if track favorite)
3. All crew chiefs, crew members, hauler driver, and car owner must
be registered by that date also(see figure 1A below)
Figure
1A. If driver and owner are same person, you must register both (insurance reasons) Same rules of payment as above explained.
See Figure 1. Also see Figure 1B.
Figure 1B. If any
of the above are the same person, they must be registered separately(insurance reasons) Example #1: if hauler driver is the
owner, they still must be registered separately, if not the hauler can't enter our pit area(insurance reasons) Example
#2: If crew members consist of owner and driver, must be registered separately, if not car can't be worked on in
our pit area(insurance reasons)
4. You MUST pay a preregistration fee for each race, $50 if done before the
Jan. 1st date as stated above, and $100 if after date.
Example: We have to know how many cars we will have, so that we will have enough tires and fuel for everyone.
5. You must buy 10 gals. of fuel a race event or you will not be able to race. Also make sure you have a registered fuel
guy or you will not be able to get fuel.
6. You must run our tire with our stamp, and purchase 2 tires a
night. You must run our oil and our water. There will be a charge for dumping these items also so make sure your car is empty
when you get it to the track.(EPA regulations)See Figure 6A below.
Figure 6A: EPA regulations: Any spillage of liquid on the track is subject to a fine or expulsion, this includes blown
motors, SO PICK YOU ENGINE BUILDER WISELY! (unless your the track favorite or you intimidate promoter) Mufflers mandatory.
You can run our antifreeze but fine is doubled.
7. All crew members must have uniforms and patches on uniforms.
The track will have all patches for sale.
8. Minors 18 and under are allowed in pits if accompanied by two members
of the family and two forms of I.D.. (insurance reasons, but our insurance doesn't cover them)
9. Slabs: Must
prepay for slabs. Also additional charge per foot on hauler if exceeds 2 axles. Weight limit fee if exceeds 2 ton.(insurance
reasons and up keep of slabs)
10. Storage fee if event takes longer than 12 hrs.. Any hauler or vehicle left on
the premises will be charged a $45 fee per night. (insurance reasons)
11. Every race team (if they meet the above
standards) will receive two tokens for the restrooms. Any additional tokens can be purchased to create revenue and insure
clean facilities.
THINGS NOT ALLOWED IN PITS!
1. Nitrogen Bottles: we sell air for a small fee, nitrogen
is a premium product we offer.
2. No Coolers: We need to create revenue by selling food and pop.
3.
No grills: same as above...revenue!
4. No generators: we have installed meters at each slab to keep a tally on
how much each race team uses. We are trying to create revenue and keep competition as close as possible for the fans!
RACING PROCEDURES:
Rules are here for the safety of drivers and for competitive racing
for fans!!!!!!
1. Single Car Accident: Driver is sent to pits! Idiot!
2. 2 car accident: Both cars sent
to tail, unless one car is a lap car, then track favorite rule may come into effect...judgement call!
3. 3 or more
car accident: Everybody gets spot back! Takes to much time to figure out!
4. If affiliated with race sponsor: automatic
starting spot(or nascar driver)
5. Post race celebratory burn outs: not allowed, team and driver will be fined
$100. (stupid rule but easy way to create revenue..oh ya and insurance reasons!)
6. We will be selling tickets
to post race inspection.
6.
No BLATENTLY Flying The Bird To The Flagman! Flagman and promoter reserve the right to back away from penalty if intimidated!! Please we need your help! If you have anything to add, please do! This is alot of fun and we will keep adding to it
